Welcome to the British Skin Foundation
The British Skin Foundation is a registered charity committed to raising funds for skin disease research. Working closely with the British Association of Dermatologists the foundation is the only charity dedicated to supporting dermatologists and skin science.
Our mission is to fund work that may lead to new treatments and eventually cures for the many skin diseases that blight millions of lives.
May 2007 saw the launch of the British Skin Foundation Skin Cancer appeal. Over the coming months we'll be organising a series of events in aid of the appeal, with all proceeds going directly to skin cancer research

We are proud to announce Walk for Skin 2008. This year we have nine exciting new venues and lots of added attractions on the day, such as live music and entertainment. Look for further details of the walks and online registration at www.walkforskin.org.uk in the next couple of days.
